In the following document, we call:

driver , the driver of the vehicle regularly registered as a member on KIVAHOO, with an open account and owner of his vehicle
- card , the TOTAL ENERGIES fuel card issued by KIVAHOO according to the conditions below.
PROMOTIONAL OFFER
The company (hereinafter KIVAHOO) offers drivers fuel cards as part of the energy savings certificate system.
KIVAHOO can end this promotional offer at any time without risks of legal action.
The end of the promotional offer will take into account the carpooling made before the end date.
The promotional offer is subject to specific conditions described below and cannot be combined with any other promotion:
2. THE MAP
The card is a fuel card that can be used at brand stations and under the conditions of TOTAL ENERGIES.
Its value is 20,00 euros supported by KIVAHOO.
3. OBTAINING CONDITIONS
A TOTAL ENERGIES card is issued to the driver who performs his car pooling under the following conditions:
- the member driver must own his vehicle;
- the member driver must be regularly registered as a member on KIVAHOO. To do this, he must open an account;
- the member driver must have shared the cars via KIVAHOO;
- the member driver must have confirmed that the carpooling trips have been completed and have requested payment by bank transfer for passenger participation;
- the member driver must have specified his mobile phone number in the registration form which produces the account opening;
- the member driver must carry out his car-sharing as a driver;
- the member driver must not make journeys for a professional and lucrative purpose. KIVAHOO reserves the right to systematically delete the account of such a driver;
- member passengers must be registered regularly as members on KIVAHOO;
- member passengers must have booked and paid for their seat online at https://www.kivahoo.com.
- the cost of journeys in carpool advertisements published online must be specified in EUROS.
- online payment for the carpools concerned must be made in EUROS.
- the accumulation period ends after 180 days following the date of registration as a driver. After this period the points account is closed and the carpools carried out no longer earn points. If the portion of points obtained has not reached the threshold necessary to obtain a fuel card, it is then lost.
4. The accumulation of points obeys the following calculation:
- The driver accumulates 1 point per portion of 5 euros reimbursed by KIVAHOO. When the accumulation reaches 22 points, the driver wins a fuel card;
5. CONDITIONS OF ISSUE
- the driver must request his TOTAL ENERGIES card within 30 days of the email he received from KIVAHOO telling him that he is entitled to it by specifying his postal address;
- the request for a TOTAL ENERGIES card must be made by clicking on the link located in the email.
6. DELIVERY TIMES
- the card will be issued within a maximum of 90 days after the request.
- the card will be delivered to the address indicated on the proof of address.
